Biochemical aspects of instability aseptic endoprostheses after total total articu lar replacement on coxarthrosis

On the basis of the traumatologic department of Municipal hospital № 3 were realized clinical-biochemical investigations of 58 patients with the interoperation proved instability, and also biochemical research of level of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant activity by 255 patients with a favorable current after total endoprosthesis apropos osteoarthrosis of the hip. Patients are investigated before operation of primary endoprosthesis and after operation on the lst-3d; 10л-14й days, 30th day, 90th day and by instability development of endoprosthesis. The Reference group has included 28 healthy persons. Age of patients is from 51 till 79 years old. The received result demonstrate the rise of all categores of lipoperoxides by patients with coax rthrosis. There were revealed the different dynamic of indexes of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant activity by patients with favorable process and the with subsequent development of instability of the prosthesis components.
