SRI Physical-Chemical Biology named by A.N. Belozerskiy MSU named by M.V. Lomonosov, Moscow Biochemical characteristics of strains Ur-6, Br-2-2, Ga-9-2, Al-9-1 and Se-1 are studied. It is shown, that cultures possess high subtilizin-like and aminopeptidase activities. Proteases are stable in a wide range of temperatures from 23 up to 60оС and рН from up 10.9 to 12.
