The sizes of carrying out of nutrients by agricultural cultures from the soil are established when oil polluted and under the influence of NPK fertilizers. Thus, with crops nearly a half of the amounts of nutrients brought with fertilizers is taken out. Biochemical changes in plants - phytoameliorants are investigated under the influence of oil pollution. The obtained test data shows that the growth conditions have essential impact on the level of accumulation of the biologically fissile substances by representatives of different types. These conditions have larger value, than specific features. Phitotoxic properties of the petropolluted soils are revealed. Negative influence of oil pollution on biological indicators of plants is studied. The common dependence in operation of anionic forms on carbohydrate metabolism of crops is revealed.
