The results of our research showed that the use of adaptogen Leuzea safflower in recommended doses during exercise causes an increase in physical activity in mice of the experimental group almost 3 times, there is also a decrease in blood glucose, lactic acid, urea, triglycerides and cholesterol relative to these indicators mice of the control group. In the histological structure of muscle tissue in the experimental group was close to normal, swelling of the tissues decreased. The nuclei of muscle fibers were clearly visible. so at that time there were changes in the control group.
