The analysis of the maintenance of starch and albuminous nitrogen in potato minitubers grown on various biotechnological installations is lead. It is shown, that the maintenance of starch almost entirely due to the genotype, and the maintenance of albuminous nitrogen mainly depends on a way of minitubers cultivation
