The biochemical measurements of canine blood serum for filling vault of skull defects

The biochemical measurements of canine blood serum in the process of filling vault of skull defects according to Ilizarov have been studied in the study performed. The activation signs of oxidative reactions have been revealed for producing a vault of skull defect, the role of distraction has been demonstrated as a factor maintaining the state of tissue oxidative metabolism at a specific level under the conditions of defect filling.
