The results of a study of the biological activity of water, alcohol and carbonic acid extracts obtained from fruiting bodies of the fungus Fomitopsis officinalis are presented. It was revealed that the most bactericidal activity against a number of conditionally pathogenic microorganisms and mycobacteria of tuberculosis is carbon dioxide extracts of the medicinal fungus. The complex processing of medicinal fungus with the receipt of bioactive products as carbonic acid, alcoholic and waters extracts. The chemical composition of the extracts was studied. The carbonic acid extract of Fomitopsis officinalis is characterized by a high content of volatile terpenoids, sterins, carotenoids, vitamins E and K. The alcohol extract includes the complex of lipids, vitamins E and K, carotenoids, phenolic compounds. The aqueous extract contains protein, tannic and reducing substances, and also water-soluble vitamins C, P and groups B. A biologically active product is obtained in the form of an extract of fungus of medicinal on the basis of fat Marmot Siberian. The comparative analysis of the fatty acid composition is conducted carbon dioxide extract and Marmot extracts of Fomitopsis officinalis. It was established that Marmot extract of medicinal fungus contains more than 78% of omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 unsaturated fatty acids. The complex of biologically active substances as terpenoids, carotenoids, lipids and vitamins of the carbon dioxide extract and a high degree of unsaturation of the extract based of fat of Marmot stipulate biological activity of products from the medicinal fungus.
