Soybean is one of the leading valuable protein-oil crops, which is widely used in feed production, food and technical industry. To increase the yield of soybean, mineral and bacterial fertilizers are applied. And up to 70% of nitrogen demand of soybean can be satisfied by nitrogen fixation due to symbiosis with nitrogen-fixing bacteria. The intensification of cultivation of early-ripening soybean cultivars with the use of irrigation allows obtaining quite high soybean yields in Siberia with a short growing period. The aim of the research was to study the potential of the local soybean cultivars productivity by using intensive cultivation technology that removes the impact of limiting growth factors - moisture and mineral nutrition elements deficiency as well as determine the effect of intensification of crop cultivation on the biological properties of irrigated meadow-chernozem soil. We studied application of nitrogen-phosphorus fertilizers and the addition of ammonium molybdate (N30P60 + Mo) in a stationary multi-factor field experiment in 2015-2017...
