Biological efficiency of using the probiotic "Subtilis" in composition of starting mixed fodders for sturgeon fishes

The purpose of researches was the estimation the efficiency of use of probiotic preparation "Subtilis" in composition of starting mixed fodders at cultivation of early young sturgeon fishes. Researches were carried out in laboratory and in technological environment. It is established, that use of a probiotic in composition of mixed fodders without hydrolyzate insufficiently effectively influences on larvas survival rate during transition to an active feed. It is more expedient to use this ingredient in composition of mixed fodders containing hydrolyzate. Thus substantial growth of fishes rate growth and survival rate is marked. The most expressed effect from injection in a compound of starting mixed fodder the probiotic "Subtilis" is marked at use of such mixed fodder during all period of cultivation of young fishes up to mass 3 g.
