Study of clinical-dynamic, clinical-biological, and social-adaptive patterns of formation of affective disorders in diverse clinical samples at different stages of ontogeny has been conducted. The data on the incidence, clinical factors polymorphism of mood disorders, their typology, and comorbidity patterns of biopsychosocial formation of mood disorders and suicidal behavior in a gender and developmental differences has been obtained. Relationship of the immune system with nociceptive, olfactory and gustatory systems in affective disorders has been shown.
Patients with affective disorder, effectiveness of biopsychosocial rehabilitation of patients with affective disorders associated, with ischemic heart disease and incurable somatic diseases in older patients, psychoneuroimmunological mechanisms of clinical dynamics, of affective disorders and predictors of efficacy of modern antidepressants
