The author studied the calcium metabolism in organs and tissues of pregnant females and embryo of saiga. It was shown, that pregnancy has markedly effect on the intensity of calcium deposition and content in the tissues of females and embryo. During pregnancy period in saiga females the intensity of calcium deposition and real circadian of calcium requirement in calculation per 1 kg of living mass at the beginning of pregnancy is 0,27 g, at the mid - period is 0,27, at the end - is 0,24 g, and in calculation per 1 kg of dry mass of ration is 3,43; 3,65 and 4,26 g, respectively.
