Process of biological leaching of a sulphidic ores flotation waste of Buribay concentrating industrial complex in laboratory perkolator is studied. For modeling process of a bioleaching The culture IB 2 consisting of strains Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans and Ferroplasma sp., allocated from a natural reservoir in the territory of the Sibay branch of Uchaly concentrating industrial complex is applied. As a result of the bioleaching technology use 76% of zinc and 84% of copper was extracted.
