The comparative clinical-and-biomechanical analysis of the results of the knee posttraumatic osteoarthrosis treatment after arthroscopy has been performed in 29 male patients with II (24 patients) and III (5 patients) stage of the disease. Additional criteria have been proposed for evaluating the result of treatment by podography data during walking without assistive devices. For a good result of treatment within the period of 3-6 months after surgery the evenness curve of feet total loading graphs is without changes; there is no asymmetry of step cycle time parameters; back/front push ratio is 1,7 more; the variability of the intact limb trajectory of the center of pressure on the coordinate plane increases through its normal values of the limb operated; the asymmetry of maximal foot loading doesn't exceed 15 % in dynamics.
