Biomechanical details are presented concerning modelling support osteotomies of Schanz type with simultaneous shortening compensation and biomechanical axis correction in patients with congenital high dislocations of the hip. The algorithm of preoperative designing of surgical intervention is shown taking into consideration the pronouncement of flexion contracture in the hip, nearthrosis character, the degree of leg valgus in the knee.
