The article analyzes biopolitology and civilizationistics through the scientific foundation of the processes of formation of a new world order. The authors consider the issue through the lens of the “green” movement and the emergence of their party programs. In this context, the authors identify four problematic areas: “green protectionism”, “green” trade wars and conflicts, the bias of scientific research, and the lack of systematic studies of a predictive nature. The authors conclude that the “green agenda” is used for political purposes to manipulate and create crisis situations. Consequently, a scientific justification for political phenomena is provided through a civilization approach. This approach enables a more comprehensive examination of biopolitical and biopolitical issues. The concept of an intellectually gifted phenomenon is introduced, which allows us to consider the issues raised from the standpoint of biopolitical intellectual systems. The following interrelated and mutually subordinated classes of technologies of risky vital activity of biopolitical intelligent systems are identified. Conclusion is made about the formation of a new scientific apparatus of political science regarding the ongoing processes of the formation of a new world order.
