This is a case study of patient with bisphosphonate associated osteonecrosis of the mandible, complicated with pathological fracture while receiving intravenous bisphosphonates is discussed. The patients presenting signs and symptoms are reviewed. Bisphosphonates induced osteonecrosis definition and are reviewed management.
