This article examines the problem of the formation of an entrepreneurial culture in institutions of secondary vocational education. The formation of an entrepreneurial culture of college students is the fulfillment of a social order in which society, including the student himself, acts as a client (customer). As one of the means of forming the entrepreneurial culture of students, we proposed the creation of business incubators, which can be considered as an important element of the system of advanced training of specialists, which proves the relevance of the study. Business incubators are organizations that support entrepreneurs at the initial stage of their activities, and small, newly created enterprises. Having chosen the necessary methods and forms of organizing training, it is possible to organize such entrepreneurial activity of students, which will be of interest to both themselves and teachers, and the developed program for teaching entrepreneurship in business incubators will help to do this more successfully.
