Business-parks as an effective way to integrate education, science and industrial technologies

In the article business-parks as a general concept including innovational business-incubators, scienceparks, educational centres are considered. It is shown that business-parks, especially scienceparks, are an effective form of integration of science, education and industrial technologies as scienceparks incorporate educational establishments (universities, educational institutes), scientific research institutes and laboratories, and also specialized divisions for personnel training and professional development.
