Business plan as an element of investment policy of an agricultural enterprise

The article presents a description of the process of forming an enterprise's investment policy, indicating the role and place of business planning as one of the most important stages of this process. The final element is the assessment of the effectiveness of the developed business plan. As an example, calculations are given for the implementation of a business plan for creating a flour milling production at one of the leading agricultural enterprises in the Rostov Region. The assessment of the effectiveness of the developed business plan is carried out according to the most important dynamic criteria of investment efficiency.
