The article considers the concept of a business plan for an enterprise, substantiates the importance of business planning in the system of financial planning and forecasting of an economic entity. The means of creating a business plan for the enterprise in modern conditions are considered. It is substantiated that, at present, modern technical means and software should be used to develop the business plan of the enterprise.
