Business processes in the conditions of digitalization

Over the past few years, digitalization has been developing at an incredible pace in the world, and in all spheres of society. This trend defines various ways for enterprises to improve, that is, companies have to introduce digital technologies into their activities in order to function normally in the economy. Business processes must be adapted to the conditions of digitalization, otherwise organizations may not be able to compete in the market. This is the relevance of the study. This article discusses the ways of developing business processes in a digital economy, and also analyzes the internal costs of enterprises for the use of digital technologies. The study identifies the main aspects of business process management in modern conditions; the problems that arise during the transition to digital technologies are identified and tools for improving the efficiency of business processes in the context of the digitalization of the economy are considered. Adapting business processes to the digital trends of the economy allows companies to successfully compete in the market.
