Budget as a tool of managing the enterprise

The essence of the concept of "budgeting" as an effective management technology is investigated, its components are considered. The advantages and disadvantages of budgeting are determined, and the budgeting methods are classified. It is indicated that when setting budgeting, enterprises face a number of problems (the main problems are listed), ways of improving the budgeting process at the enterprise are presented.
