Budgetary financing of innovative economic development at the subfederal level

The presented article considers the main directions of organization and financing of innovation activity in the Russian Federation. A brief analysis of the state of innovative development of the Republic of Bashkortostan is given. Elements of the innovation system and a set of innovative policy measures of the Republic of Bashkortostan aimed at increasing the efficiency of using innovative potential are proposed. The problems hindering the activation of innovative processes are identified, and ways of their solution are outlined.
