Budgetary planning and predicting in Russian Federation

In the article, it is considered core meaning government budget. It is given main principles of forming the budgetary system and done analysis of the project of the state budget in the periods of 2017-2019. Urgency of the topic of the research, is efficiency of managing and using budgetary funds, depends on the quality of planning and predicting budget.
