Short- and long-term cardiorenal prognosis in patients underwent cardiac surgery interventions complicated by acute kidney injury

Frequency of development of the acute kidney injury (AKI) and its influence on the cardiorenal prognosis in 1126 patients who underwent cardiac interventions is analyzed. Before opera- tion in 656 patients (the 1st group) a glomerular filtration rate was higher than 60 ml/min/1,73 m 2 and in 470 patients (the 2nd group) - 59-45 ml/min/1,73 m 2.
