Blockchain technology in Russian government sector of housing and communal services

This article analyzes blockchain technology and solutions based on it in communal services in Russia; the main focus is on the development of this technology in the Russian public sector, providing housing and communal services to the population; the principle of the implementation of transactions and the opportunities offered by blockchain technology to implement better quality of interaction between the population and the state in the management of housing and communal services are discussed in detail.
