The influence of benzofuroksan on the pain sensitivity of white rats

Бесплатный доступ

The pain sensitivity of white rats is studied in the process of single intragastric administration of three compounds belonging to benzofuroksan series. It is established that benzofuroksans produce pronociceptive effect in the process of intragastric administration into the organism at a dose of 1mg/kg. The intensity of the pronociceptive effect depends on nitrosothiol content in the blood serum: the higher the concentration, the more intensive the effect.
