Disease in the context of social studies

Disease as a phenomenon has long been associated exclusively with medicine. The paper examines the disease in the context of social science concepts, from non-medical positions. The study shows the transition from the medical view of the problem to the social one. The article represents the main views of social scientists on the social causes of the disease.
