Schizophrenic patients with intramural aggression. Report 3. Clinical peculiarities of patients with episodic type of course of paranoid schizophrenia with increasing defect

Among patients with aggressive behavior in psychiatric institution, patients with episodic type of course of paranoid schizophrenia with increasing defect have constituted 55,40 % from total number of patients with schizophrenia spectrum disorders. As a whole, in patients with episodic type of course of paranoid schizophrenia, negative disorders of middle severity predominated: 64,29 % - during course of episodes according to type of cliché and 68,25 % - during course of episodes with complication of paranoid syndrome. Aggressiveness of patients could be determined by content of delusional and hallucinatorydelusional disorders, presence of affective component of negative property, defective states with moving to the fore psychopath- like manifestations or residual manifestations of affect.
