The "Bologna process" as a generator of permanent crisis in Russian higher education

This article presents a brief generalized philosophical and pedagogical analysis of the content and results of the reform process of the Russian higher professional school, carried out in the framework of the so-called Bologna process. It presents the correlation of reformers plans and expectations with the results of the inclusion of Russian education in this process and the correlation of the results with the objective needs of society in human professional potential, based on the aspirations of Russian society to the progressive development of the country, including its economy.
