In modern theory of quality management, a product is described in four general categories: service, software, hardware, and recyclable materials. The service is the result of at least one action and, of course, the interaction of the supplier and the consumer. Depending on the purpose of application and consideration of quality, from a philosophical point of view of quality, quality gives significant clarity to the object under consideration, because of this clarity the object becomes unique and distinguishable from others.
