A marriage contract in Russia: the path to a civilized solution of marriage issues

This article is devoted to the problem of controversial opinion about the role of such an important source of family law as the marriage contract. In addition, the statistics of the quantitative factor of the conclusion of the contract in Russia and abroad are analyzed. Both advantages and disadvantages of this type of agreement are considered.
