Тне marriage contract in the Russian legistation

The article is devoted to one of the stories of the Russian legislation - marriage contract. The institutions, including the institution of marriage successfully developed and every step of its development must have a legal basis. The marriage contract, to date, though is familiar to many, but it is not clear enough for the application. With this article I want to clarify this is now widespread, and most importantly, a necessary phenomenon.
