The article presents the results of studying the characteristics of the course of bronchopulmonary pathology of HIV - infected children. The results of a survey of 37 children with bronchopulmonary pathology of HIV - infected, aged 1 to 15 years, who were registered at the Republican and City AIDS Centers are presented. There were 27 boys (72.97%) and 10 girls (27.03%). The comparison group consisted of 17 children with disabilities in the state of health, the same age. The results of the study showed that in the clinical picture at the stage of primary manifestations of bronchopulmonary pathology of HIV - infected children, poor development of children, recurrence of infections, lymphadenopathy, hepatomegaly, splenomegaly, psychomotor retardation, microcephaly are characteristic.
