Buddhist connotations of Buryat's ethnicity issues in an intercivilization cooperation retrospective review

The article deals with the Buddhist connotations of Buryat ’s ethnicity issues that are considered in retrospective of the interactions between Russia and Tibetan-Mongolian Buddhist civilization. As the result of analysis author took the conclusion that the main Buryat’s ethnicity issue and the Tibetan issue both are the 39 Евразийство и мир 1/2013 Problems of the preservation of Buddhist Civilization and universal presentation of its values.
