The article is devoted to the introduction into the scientific circulation of new data on the results of the excavations of the Late Bronze settlement of Burla-3 in 2018. The materials describing the Burla-3 settlement as a stationary settlement with a well-developed architectural planning structure are discussed. Direct parallels to the ceramic complex in the Late Bronze settlements of Central Asia and Kazakhstan are specified. The majority of the vessels were made on potter's wheel, hand-made pottery decorated in the traditions of the Sargara-Alekseev and Pakhomovsky culture is also present. The features of the building studied in 2018 show certain relationships with the house-building tradition studied in recent years. In general, these data, along with others, underline the fact that the Burla-3 settlement shows continuous contacts with the southern agricultural population of Central Asia in the late Bronze Age.
