Business process management. System approach to the management of airline processes

In article questions of application the concept of Business Process Management (BPM) for description and management of JSC “Volga-Dnepr Airline” processes are considered. Recommendations about the organization of description and optimization of processes are made, the basic principles of BPM are presented, the comparative analysis of modern means for modeling and management of business processes is carried out.
