Being and uncertainty of social strategies: the challenges of time

The article analyzes the current issues of constructing social space and trends in its development, the dynamics of the social structure of modern society. We consider the uncertainty as a basic characteristic of the new social reality. It is substantiated the idea of the influence of uncertainty on all social structures and institutions. Among the factors contributing to the spread and scaling of uncertainty, we emphasize the instability of all social institutions and the ambivalence of postmodern morality. It is revealed the dependence of the uncertainty of social strategies of a modern human on the instability of the political structure, the pendulum volatility of the market, the entrenchment of irrational rationality, the decomposition of the social structure, the imitation of the political and social decisions of the elite, and on the disintegration of social and individual life in general. We believe that uncertainty is a key marker of the new social reality that alienate the individual from social activity, and the determinant of a person's loss of control over most significant social processes.
