The modern taxonomic position of fungus Macrophomina phaseolina (Tassi) Goid. in kingdom fungi

The general data on history of Fungi kingdom allocation to separate taxon of live organisms are resulted and also evolution of systems of live organisms is shown in a review. It is shown that fungi differ from other live organisms by osmotrophic type of a feeding providing absorption of nutrients at the expense of a difference in osmotic pressure. Various systems of classification of the causal organism of charcoal rot are given, It is shown that is unique the correct name of that fungus is Macrophomina phaseolina (Tassi) Goid. Other names are considered as out-of-date synonyms.
