The article deals with the general structure and the system of electronic control of the budget. The author discusses the main objective of creation and development of the e-budget system, its tasks and resolutions ensuring the effectiveness of the system. The paper considers formation and introduction of the united logbook system, describes the activities of the state authorities of the Republic of Armenia responsible for implementation and management of the e-budget system.
