The article examines the influence of organizational factors on the quality of new employees’ professional adaptation. A well-organized adaptation process promotes rapid adaptation to work and also significantly reduces the organization’s costs for recruitment, selecting and hiring. The article reveals the characteristics of workers with high and low degree of adaptation to work, considers the factors influencing the degree of adaptation, analyzes the role of mentors and communication tools that contribute to the inclusion of employees in the working and social environment of the organization.
