For producers of raw milk, the question is to determine or not to determine the indicator of the number of somatic cells in the milk of cows is extremely clear - this is the income of the enterprise. The aim of the research is to substantiate the need to determine the number of somatic cells in cow milk by new physiologically sound and cost-effective methods. The object of the study were cows of a black-and-white breed, aged 1-3 lactation. The content of somatic cells in the milk of cows serves as an indicator of the health of the udder of animals and the qualitative composition of milk. Systematic analysis of the content of somatic cells in cow's milk and technological audit of the milk production process will increase the profit of the farm through the sale of high-quality milk. The development and application of modern, eco-friendly, bioinformatic methods for determining somatic cells in cow's milk will reduce the cost of determining the content of somatic cells in milk and differentiate its technological suitability.
