The feasibility of introduction the spa-collection on the territory of the Russian Federation

The analysis of the Federal Law "On conducting an experiment on the development of resort infrastructure in the Republic of Crimea, the Altai Territory, the Krasnodar Territory and the Stavropol Territory" is given in this paper. Key problems are identified and recommendations for their solution are given.
