Special-purpose, content and technological support of the physical education skills formation of students in the university

With development of civilization the role of physical education is growing substantially. In this regard there is a need for the physical education system development focused on the students’ creative and cognitive activities in the physical education field, teaching of the ways to handle the physical activity and skills of healthy lifestyle planning, correction of one’s physical appearance according to the vocational and life tasks. The article develops a model of the individual integrative guidelines for physical education study in the university, implementation of which is carried out by application of the distance learning technologies.
