Targeted guidelines for the motivation system and labor stimulation in modern conditions

In the article features of modern system of labor motivation, importance and urgency of research of the system of motivation at the enterprises are considered. Motivation of labor is considered as a combination of material and non-material motivation. The objectives of the formation of the system of motivation, as well as the steps to implement them, have been developed.
