Targeted vacations, their classification and features

Within the framework of this article, the concept of targeted vacations, their classification and some features are reflected. In particular, the theoretical and regulatory bases for granting targeted vacations to a person working under an employment contract are considered; their separate types are distinguished, separate legal provisions characterizing targeted vacations from a legal point of view are considered. Based on the material studied in the scientific and educational literature, as well as the relevant regulations, a proper definition of the concept of «targeted leave» is formulated - this is a type of leave granted at the request of a citizen working under an employment contract in connection with certain events (goals), the list of which is provided by labor legislation. The articles of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation regulating the specifics of providing employees with targeted vacations are listed.
