Goals and methods of investigation of the information about personality of the underage accused

The article reviews the goals of investigation of personality of the underage accused for criminal law, criminal procedure and forensic activities and points out what the information about the personality of the accused is needed for at different stages of the preliminary investigation. The methods with the help of which the personality is scrutinised are described.
