The purposes and the areas of implementation of the youth policy strategy in the Russian Federation (electoral aspect)

The article identifies the purposes and the areas of the youth policy implementation in the Russian Federation in the sphere of electoral policy. The author analyzes the previous study of the subject and the development trends in the scientific literature. The principle legal acts that express the development of the Russian youth policy are compared. The institutional design of the youth policy implementation at the federal and regional levels in 2000-2015 is described. The author criticizes the youth policy deideologization.
