The relevance of the research on the goals and objectives of civil proceedings is due to the fact that pre-revolutionary processualists defined civil procedure as a form of judicial implementation of the norms of substantive civil law in order to protect the same interests that are meant by substantive law, but are not sufficiently provided for by it. The final goal of the process is that the right not only exists, but also acts, since through the process the state itself brings the right to implementation. Consequently, the civil process is an order of enforcement of civil law and is reduced to a set of rules, goals, tasks that determine the course of action of both existing bodies of protection of law, and persons who enjoy this protection or are involved in it in one way or another.
