The purposes of lawful conduct: constitutional and legal aspect

The article analyses the interconnection between the purposes of constitutional and legal regulation and lawful conduct of the subjects of social relations. The author makes the conclusion that national value purposes, connected with the state ideology and national idea are essential. The value qualities of the Constitution of the Russian Federation transformed into the purposes of the constitutional and current legislation, acquire the regulatory effect. The constitutional purposes embodied in the legal conduct of people, give such conduct the lawful character.
